We collect the following information via our customer support channels (username, email, Game ID, device info, transaction records), information you provide when using the Games (username), and feedback and ratings you provide relating to our Services.

We also automatically collect: Log Information (device type, features, access times, IP address), Device Information (manufacture, model, OS, time zone, language), Device Identifiers (IDFA, Google Ads ID, Google Play Account ID), Usage Information (game progress, scores, achievements), and Consumption Information (purchases with virtual and real currencies).

If you log into the Services using a third-party site or platform such as Facebook, Apple Game Center and Google Sign-In, we access information about you from that site or platform, such as your screen name, profile information and friend lists.

We use information about you for the following purposes: to provide and maintain the Services and game experience; to ensure your purchases are activated; to optimize our Services for you and your device; to communicate App-related information including technical notices and security alerts; to personalize and improve the Services; to respond to inquiries and provide customer support; to gather analysis to improve our Services; to monitor and analyze trends and usage; to detect and address technical issues; to provide news and special offers; to enable player communication; to serve advertising; and to deliver the products and services you request. We only process your information to the extent necessary to achieve these purposes.

Use of the Services is limited to users aged 13 years and above, except in the European Economic Area, where the Services are limited to users aged 16 years and above. These payment processors adhere to PCI-DSS standards. The payment processors we work with are: Apple Store In-App Payments and Google Play In-App Payments. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using an Account registered to you.
